Last week we talked about clearly articulating the outcomes whenever introducing a new process. We mentioned that clearly explaining outcomes gives meaning to the process. It gives the process a purpose, a why.
Today I want to share one of the captainship ideas that I hold closest to my heart. It is not my idea so I’ll let the author, Simon Sinek explain it himself. The video is a little grainy (2010 tech…) but it’s 17 minutes and 48 seconds of pure gold.
