Yesterday’s piece about misusing the size of our captainship circle to measure how good a captain we are reminded me of this post by Jonathan Stark.

Some people calculate their level of expertise based on their skills compared to those of their peers.

Other people calculate their level of expertise based on the results that they deliver to their clients.
